This Page is to communicate worksite events, accidents and incidents that have been reported to thegdsn.
Although other Trade Associations release periodical Safety Flash information which is valuable and extremely useful for developing Lessons Learned matrices, there are incidents and events that may not be reported in a timely fashion or at all.
Thegdsn encourage USERS to provide information associated with incidents and events to enable us to further develop a historical summary but more importantly to be able to loop back to the USERS, valuable Lessons that can be Learned.
